Ah Oh!!!
Guess I've been really going overboard and when I got on the scales this morning...it was at 242...SO NOT GOOD!!
I haven't been using the MyFitnessPal.com and it shows. Things have been on my mind and food has always been a comfort for me. Guess I need to get a teddy bear instead...lol. Going to try my best to get back on track.
