That is indeed correct. My mom got her eyeliner tattoo'd and she said the whole time she wanted to kill the lady doing it LOL..

then again, the person who did my eyebrows is my cousins mother in law.. and she tattoo'd her eyeliner herself

i dont think i can get that done.. only because i'm always changing the way i put eyeliner.. and plus.. i dont think i can stand that much pain LOL.. but we'll see maybe later down the road
