Stress test
Has anyone taken a stress echo test? Since the begining of January I joined a gym. Last Friday while I was on the threadmill the trainer put me on 20 minutes, when the 20 minutes was up. I stopped the threadmill and got off, well I felt dizzy and was going to continue to excercise but decided I better not. I called my dr. to ask him if this was normal,I have had dizzy spells during the summer. Which turned out to be lower blood pressure, anyway he called me back and said no I want you to come in and we will give you a script to go take a stress echo test. Now I am worried and scared. I know my dr. is very on top of things. I am to take this test on Monday and I haven't been back to the gym until this test is done.Have any of you ladies taken this test?or felt this way after walking on threadmill? My friends told me of course you felt dizzy you are suppose to slow down during the cooling period. I didn't know that.. Please say a prayer that they don't find anything wrong with my heart.
