I'm so sorry you got sick.
I think Weight Watchers is (lol, was) really working for me. They use this point system based on calories, fat content, and fiber. I signed up for the cheapest monthly program and it includes their online etools, so it's a cinch to enter info, and you get to record your diet and activities on the online journal. (
www.weightwatchers.com). I've lost 26, but still have 45 more to go. It's great that you're halfway there, and I know you'll be able to do it by July. If we were on the same side of town; I'd suggest we start meeting for walks.
