How'd you know you were pregnant?

Im about a week late on my period. I've been nauseaus all week too. I've also had what feels like the spins, lightheadness and dizzy. I am also bloated and have like no energy. Thank god I work from home! lol.

I've never had kids before so I don't know what to expect. I've taken 4 pregnancy tests and all came out negative. I got a blood test done yesterday and haven't heard the results yet. It's frustrating!
