Dreading work today!

I've been upset all weekend because of a woman in a superior position to me at work. (Not my boss) She is a loan officer who is going to retire early next year. She does nothing at work all day but talk on the phone doing personal business (she runs 2 businesses outside of where we work) She passes loans off to other loan officers and will not talk to a customer unless it's male and loaded (she's married)

Thursday, a customer had questions about how a payment was posted last year and he asked for her when he called in. I left work early because of an appointment I had and she ended up getting him all pissed off because she didn't understand the posting system. Friday she chewed me out about how the payment was posted and I pulled the information from last year and showed her exactly why it HAD to be posted the way it was. She told ME to call him back and explain, that there had to be something else I could've done to make him happy. I could have, except I would've gotten in BIG trouble with my boss. She told me that accounting doesn't run credit, basically telling me that even if I get in trouble, make him happy.

The bosses above her won't do anything about her because she's got them in her back pocket (they're all men) and all the female support staff hate her. She's 2 faced and will stab you in the back at every possible opportunity. I know because I've been there 13 years and have had experience with the knife. She treats all women like this!
