So stressed out

Logan, my dog, has been sick now going on 3 weeks. He was sick on sunday the 23st, throwing up & such; but then seemed fine. On friday the 28th he had trouble pooping & stopped eating. We rushed him to 2 vets who told us he was dehydrated & had an irrated GI tract. We fed him rice & cottage cheese for 3 days along with stool softeners & antibotics. He's been back on his regular food since yesterday morning. We thought all was well, but now my husband tells me hasn't pooped since yesterday morning at 10:00. It could of course be because of the snow since we have 10 inches again; but it seems to me he's still not drinking as much water as he used too. I'm starting to get really concerned. The stress of this has left my nerves completely raw. I'm trying to work & everytime something goes wrong i almost freak out. I feel like crying all the time. All the tests came back normal so they are sure it's nothing more serious then just an upset stomach from all the junk around the holidays, but I'm so worried about him. I don't know what I'd do if i lost him....he is my little joy.
