Dinner - steamed Veggies and 1/2 chicken breast. black coffee tons of water.. It wasn't to good of a diet, but it worked, i cut out all whites, and mostly all other foods.. i'm still doing my WW but i only do 16 points a day, my weight is a steady 112 lbs.
