Building relationships
My son's fiancee had a birthday this week. I got her a dainty silver bracelet with her name engraved on it and a card.. nothing too elaborate, but it brought tears to her eyes when she opened it.
She told me her Mom sends her a check and her dad forgets altogether, so getting something so personalized really touched her. I had no clue... but was glad I'd chosen a gift that she saw as something so special. I got a nice hug for it that made my day.
