Cinnamon lowers cholesterol if you want to add more cinnamon to your diet it won't hurt and may well help. I got mine down from 268 to 170 by watching my diet and including cinnamon. I'll sprinkle it on chili, a sandwich, whatever I am eating. Carry it in my purse.

By the way, I have been taking no meds on a daily basis until yesterday. Now I'm taking Evista and am supposed to do so for the next 5 years. It's been found to reduce the risk of breast cancer.

Thank you for the tips. I can probably do the garlic and walnuts, but I'm not too sure about the cinnamon, but hey, I'll try it because my cholestral is on the high side. Does the Dr. prescribe Evista? Sounds like something everyone should take if breast cancer is in their family history.
