Broken computer

My trusty old laptop has breathed its last. It was acting flaky and the power kept going on and off. I loaded everything onto an external hard drive (I hope!), and
called a computer person. He came over and what he tried to do did not work.

I'm using an old refurbished laptop I bought a while ago, but it's not so reliable, so I am on the phone on terminal hold with Toshiba. I'm ordering a new laptop,
and they have the best deal believe it or not.

I will try to come on tomorrow. Maybe this will work better then. It is so slow!
I haven't even set up my email yet.
