Leaving Again....

Amy has planned a weekend for our whole family at Tablerock Lake this weekend. I don't know if you remember us going down when my Mom's sisters and their cousins get together but that's where we're going. The cabin is huge and there's more than enough room for all of us. We're planning on playing games, hiking, and of course, eating!!! I think that it's going to be a lot of fun!! Feyn's family won't get to be there quite as long because of the girls having basketball games and practices.

I hope that all goes well. Little Karlie has been really sick this week with asthma or something. She's had trouble breathing and has been running a fever. Dae Lynn's taking her to the doctor this morning so hopefully she'll be on the mend.

We're leaving this afternoon and will be back on Sunday. I'm not planning on taking my computer because I don't think the internet reception is very good, however, the cabin may have a computer.....we'll see.

I'm taking Reuger and Jazzi with me.......nobody's very happy about it but I don't know who to leave them with.......pray that they do well. It could be the first of many trips..........or their last!!!!! LOL

I sure hope Karlie is feeling better. I have had a terrible cold for a month now, have had problems breathing, it's been very hard on me so I can surely understand how hard this would be on a small child! Bless her heart!

Hope you didn't forget leashes and tags for the furbutts I hope they do well! We always take ours with us. They love road trips! Let us know how it goes! I'll miss ya!

I do remember that trip, and how much fun you had. Your family vacations always sound so wonderful! I hope Karlie feels better, poor little thing!

If anybody complains about the dogs...well, not everybody understands the joy of having yorkies!

We got back last night and we had so much fun!!! We didn't do much but played cards, and with the Wii, and some hiked. Lloyd had golf carts, a three wheeled bike, and a scooter, that the kids had a blast on. We played pool and ping pong too!! Oh, and one night we watched a movie!!

Jazzi and Reuger were great!! I ordered new belly bands for Reuger that was in the mail that we picked up as we were leaving and I stopped by the vet and got something to help them not stress over the trip. They ended up sleeping most of the way and weren't sick at all. It was definitely worth the $3 I paid for the meds!! They were so good while we were there and we even got to where we could just let them out without chaining them up. (The cabin is pretty much by itself so I wasn't worried about anyone picking them up. Plus the kids were outside most of the time with them)

YAY Diana!! Glad you're back and glad everything went so well!! Sounds like you had a wonderful and relaxing time with your family. That is just great I am so glad the dogs did well too!
