Do you have any bad habits?

I'm a picker, I pick scabs, hang nails, my hubby's zits(he hates this),my nailpolish. You name it I pick it.

I have really dry lips & when I'm nervous I chew the dead skin off (i guess this is lip chewing)

I used to smoke & chew my nails, but I quit

I never finish what I start as far as I hobbies. I bought a bunch of books to start playing the piano again & I haven't played. I also have a really nice guitar & a book to learn, havent' learned yet. I have 1/2 finished x-stitch project. You get the idea.

Well, I'm just stupid

I just sat here and listed all my bad habits and then went back to the forum without submitting it! Now I have to start over and I don't think I can remember them all!

I smoke

I'm an emotional eater. If I feel emotion, I eat

I let things build up inside me until I make myself sick. I have an ulcer because of this and if I lose my temper I end up with a migraine.

Durn, I can't remember the rest!
