dang ladies!!!! my sister watches that much tv and i make her get on the eliptical machine for 2 shows so at least shes getting some workout goin on while watching it! lol ... im a netlflix gal.. i love movies
my sister lost 20 pounds (baby weight) in like 2 months by doing that too!

I should get on the treadmill while I'm watching, that would help a great deal I'm sure. But my shows are on in the evening and I'm usually asleep by 9 or 9:30 PM. If I stay awake much longer, I still get up at the same time, but I'm sleepy earlier the next night. I know this sounds like an excuse, but if I take a shower that late, I'll be dead the next day.
What I really need to do is walk while I'm on the computer, but man oh man the misspelled words would be plentiful!!! LOL

I swear I answered this post yesterday, and I could tell you exactly what it said, but it's not here! Maybe I dreamed it...
Anyways, pretty much the only show I watch regularly is Prison Break. That's my Monday night ritual! Other than that, I just watch a lot of TLC and Discovery.
