Now my grown niece tells me that Kirby is a great name for a girl, but a little "fruity" for a boy
 I'm thinking about Packer, since he is from Wisconsin- home of the Green Bay Packers.

Oh I like Packer (and Kirby too).
How about Dell - for the Wisconsin Dells. I was gonna say "Cheese" but no, I don't think so!

Now my son says it can't be Packer because "it means something else, Mom" Geez... I'm naming him Kirby. I really like it, and Mike likes it ok, and ya'll like it

Just one more suggestion although I really like Kirby. Since he will be a therapy dog and people will be really happy to see him, why not name him Happy. You could say, "Here comes Happy"!

Thanks! Even if this dog never does a day of therapy work, he has already been wonderful therapy for ME!! I miss my kids so much.

I think 'Happy' is such a cute name for a therapy dog. I like Kirby too...I really like Packer alot...what else does it mean Betsi?
