I miss my kids!

Oh Gayle, my heart just breaks for you! When you are used to seeing them all the time, it's awful to be without them. Skype is great, but nothing replaces those little arms around your neck! I know you miss your daughter, too.

Thanks Betsi! I hate to complain because at least I will get to see mine every month or so, unlike you who haven't seen yours for a year. It is hard though, when I have seen the every day (if I wanted). It'll be OK.

I'm so excited for you though - to have your kids with you all summer. You will have so much fun!

Gayle, sorry you are feeling so down about your kids, hopefully the time will go fast and you will be there with them in your arms again.
My oldest daughter has warned me that if i ever move i have to move her also because she just wouldn't make it with me living so far away.

I knew it wouldn't take you long to miss your kids and grandkids!!!! I don't know what I'd do if any of my kids moved very far away.......guess I'd spend a lot of money going to visit them!!!!

Why don't you and them put the program were you can talk to each other over the internet while actually seeing each other. I used to have that when I was dating someone in a long distance relationship. It's not the same as being there in person but it does help. All you need is a web cam.
