Yes.....I was wanting to get up and start walking, but a very humid heatwave is moving in so I may just have to use the treadmill. I'm wanting to sell it.

Same here...I sent you a link on FB did you see it? Going to be dangerously hot and humid. Today is suppose to be the best the whole week and I'm already melting. Gonna weigh myself later....LOLOLOL

I haven't lost any more weight that I can tell but the clothes I wore to church this morning sure felt big!! I think that even though I'm not losing weight I'm losing inches. I'm still doing really well on this diet!!!
