That is what 'MyFitnessPal.com does. I really like using it and it definitely has helped me.

I haven't been watching my food intake as well as I should be. I'm up a couple pounds, but with this heat affecting my mood, Rick being a liar and trying to get the rental house in good order, I just didn't watch like I should have. At least I didn't gain a bunch...just a couple lbs. but I feel bigger.

Now that the rental is rented again and some other things have been taken care of I hope that I can get myself back on track.

I've gained several pounds and I can feel it. I'm trying to get more serious about my diet. I really don't want to go back on the diabetes medicine and I was really feeling so much better so I need to get on the ball!!!

I had a great day of eating well and healthy. Some of the things that were holding me back and making me stress...I've let go. I'm back to concentrating on my eating habits and know I'll do fine.

I've done real well the last few days so I think I'm back on track now. I was a little worried I wouldn't be able to go back to recording everything, but so far I'm doing good. Now if it would just cool off so I could get some walking in.
