I went to town yesterday and bought a few odds and ends to get me started again. Today I've done really good and recorded it all in MyFitnessPal.com. I feel like I've eaten enough, but still have a bit of the shakes, so I'm making sure I drink plenty of water. I don't like feeling hungry.
I'm not really one to snack on chips or things of that nature. My downfall is cookies, sweets, chocolate. I did buy some of the 100 calorie pack cookies again so I won't over eat them. Sure wish the next couple of days were already past so I'd be use to watching again. I am using the Ab Lounger and I really like it.

I've been doing REALLY bad lately!! I tell myself every day that I need to get back on. Maybe I should just wait until Monday and make a fresh start!!

I know what you mean Diana, when I get off track, it's really hard for me to get back on. I keep trying and trying too. Yesterday and today I did pretty good, but it is a constant struggle.

Sometimes I wonder if I should even bother....I mean life is short and this is just so aggravating. Eating healthy is one of the hardest things in the world for me.

I know how you feel. I can tell energy-wise that I don't feel as good and my energy level is much lower. I hate feeling this way!!

The energy thing is what I'm wanting more of...
I read that vitamin B12 is good for low energy...is that right? I've been reading a bit about it, but can't decide if it's something I should start taking or not. Anyone else have thoughts on B12?

Yes, B12 is good for low energy. But in the past it was most effective taken by a shot. I don't know if that still true.
