I know that she will out grow it all soon. My own kids had colic. I think some of it too is because Jaci isn't real comfortable with babies. She grew up with the grand kids.........wasn't really the age to want to hold and care for them so all of this has been pretty overwhelming for her, but she's learned to ask questions, look things up on the internet, and read baby books! She's feeling more comfortable with being a mother now.

I'm glad it's coming together for Jaci. Everyone doesn't step in to motherhood so easily, and it sounds like she is trying hard to do everything right. God bless her sweet family!

Yes, she is trying hard. She took Ali to the doctor this week for immunization shots and to be looked at because of some congestion. The doctor told her she was doing a great job! I think the doctor realizes that she's nervous........and Jaci has a great pediatrian!

Such a pretty little baby!
Praying she gets over that colic soon, that with teething has got to be horrible! Restful nights for all.... hoping real soon.... |

Here's a new picture!
Ali has been sleeping well at night. She just has good days and bad days. Nate's Mom watched her the other day and mentioned that she is demanding! I personally think that it's from Jaci trying to keep her happy! However I will say that Jaci is starting to let her fuss a little more. They'll get figured out!

Oh, I should mention that Ali has been losing her hair and it looks like it might be coming in blonde! Jaci and Nate were both blonde when they were little! It's still hard to tell but that's what it looks like to me! Actually the dark hair was a surprise to me!

That blonde hair will be so cute! I'm sure Jaci will get it figured out in no time...she has a great example to follow
