Favorite Department Store??
Okay, ladies, what is your all time favorite department store?????
Mine is Macy's. I can always find something there. If I lived in Austin, I'd spend all my clothing budget at Macy's at Barton Springs Mall. They have everything!!!!!! (Except Laura Mercier of course. Must go to Nordstrum's for that, but it's in the same mall. )

My favorite is Kohl's. I always seem to find great buys, whether on clearance or just on sale. The quality is very good too!

I've never been much of a shopper in stores. People are so rude especially at Christmas. If I had to choose, it would probably be Kohl's. That's where my son and I buy our shoes. They seem to last so much longer.

I'd have to say mine is Kohl's too, for their sales and variety of clothing selection and styles......though I love the accessories section at Belk. :-) (Always great sales on sterling silver goodies.)

Probably Kohls. But..we don't have much of a variety here in town. I've always heard that Macy's is a great store and wish we had on of them here.
I like Belk also for their purses and shoes.

For my home town, where we don't have a Macy's, I have to say Kohl's, also. I find really nice clothes & jewelry there for a very reasonable price, but I still am hooked on Macy's, and the one in Austin is awesome!!!!

I too love Kohls.
I'll be the odd nut here (as usual) and admit some of my favorite shopping is done at Goodwill, Savers, etc. I LOVE a bargain, and since I don't look for the latest trend, I can get great prices on traditional items there.

I am the world's best bargain, clearance shopper. I agree that the thrift stores are the place to go. When I go to a store, the first place I stop are the clearance racks! Another favorite is the Outlet Stores! But they ask for the fav Deparment store and it is definately Kohl's. Debbie |
