snakes, terribly afraid. My husband made me go in the snake exhibit at the zoo & I freaked out. I stood in the middle of the room & tried to act like I wasn't having a panic attack (i totally was) after about a minute I bolted.
Being in a bathroom in the dark (I blame candyman, IT, & mothman profecies) Being outside in the dark Thunderstorms, especially if I'm home alone at night Creepy little kids in movies (I can't even watch the commercial for the grudge) Being in large crowds of people (such as the pit at concerts) very scary, I don't like that this crowd of strangers is controlling my moments (again panic attack insues) I don't like bugs or spiders, but I can deal with them. (However spiders in the shower do freak me out) Movies with bad ghosts aren't good either |

Im very scared of the dark! I sleep with my closet light on so that I can see. We also sleep with the bedroom door closed and locked. When we sleep with the door open I wake my hubby up all through the night bc I here noises! He got tired of that and started locking the door!

I would have to say that I am scared to death of storms! I freak out and start cleaning just to get my mind off of things. My other fear would be spiders. I can handle the little ones. it is the big ones that freak me out. We have a TON of black widows and wolf spiders in the area we live. Needless to say I actually loose it and will start to shake and cry IF I can't manage to get away from it. One time there was one over my door way and I could get in the house. I thought I was gonna Pee myself. I went and got the LONGEST broom I could possibly find and ANY kind of spray whatever in the shed that I could find. I didn't care if it damaged paint or wood I just wanted it DEAD. It took me an hour to kill that damn thing and when I finally did I was completely exhausted. You would have thought I had just run a race! LOL Needless to say it took a while to quit shaking.

I know this sounds funny but I really don't have any fears... I love snakes, storms, heights..etc. about everything that everyone has listed that normal people are scared of are things I enojoy. Like heights and things I get a rush out of. use to love to find the biggest tree I could when I was younger and climb them just for the rush of being up so high. I'm talking about trees that are way higher than telephone poles. I'm remember looking down on the tops of poles.... The only thing that I really don't care for are spiders but I wouldn't say it was a fear. I just don't like how creepy the are but sometimes I get this urge to hold them so I guess it couldn't count as a fear.
My mom has a fear of staying home alone. When my step-dad goes out of town the me and hubby have to go and stay with mom or she has to come and stay at our house. She always fears that someones going to break in. She's never had a bad experience or anything, she doesn't know why she freaks out so bad. If I'm staying with her while my step-dad's gone and we come home after dark she makes me walk inside and open all the doors and walk upstairs to make sure no ones in the house. I'm glad it didn't rub off on me. When I had an apt. bymysel b4 I got married she would call me alll the time to make sure no one was breaking in my house.

I'm w/ cribal, no fears of bugs, dark, storm, or heights. I can only remember being really fearful when I went out in a boat in a large lake. As the land was getting smaller and smaller my respirration was increasing. The helplessness of being on a very small boat & waiting for it to roll over & being in the water w/ nothing solid to put my feet on & wondering what was swimming at me was almost panicking. I didn't say anything but I could'nt wait to get back to land.

I had a neighbour who was scared to be alone in the house, i found out one day it was raining and she stood in her garden, i thought she had locked herself out, so i called her to tell her, she could come sit with me. She came into my house, and she started telling me that she spends most of her days around the house or she would just walk around or walk through town till one of her daughters got home after work. She continued to tell me that she get's very nervous when she's alone in the house, and if she was there after a short while she stared to shake and lose herself. I knew that woman must be going though hell... i felt really bad for her.
