The Fence Is Up!!!!
We finally got the fence up. My son and I dug the holes with a post hole digger and we are both sore, me more than him...oh to be young again. Anyway, it's not perfect, we've never put up a fence before, but it works. We still need to add the dirt to where the pool was and then up along the bottom of the fence. The dogs love being outside.

Nicely done Janet!
You have more strength and stamina than I do. I won't even attempt to dig in a fence post. That IS hard work!

Janet I commend you, you did a great job with your son. Like Tink said, I would'nt even know where to begin let alone have the strenght.

The dogs really love going outside. All I have to say is "you ready to go out" and they head to the door. It's been up less than a week and they are doing great! I'm using less potty pads too, so I love saving money.
I was worried about taking them out in this 90 degree heat, but they don't seem to mind at all. We only stay out long enough for them to potty and when I see that they may be getting hot, we go back inside. I love taking them out of a morning so I don't have to clean up so many pads. Sure wish we had done this a long time ago.

It sounds nice. You can sit out there with them and your morning coffee/tea when it get cooler!
I'm so happy for you and the dogs.

We didn't do the corner as well as I would have liked, but it works. Since we've never put a fence up before, I think we did just fine. I love going out there in the swing or just sitting in the chair as much as the doggies do.
