Hi Everyone!!!
I haven't been on for a while. I've been buy doing "stuff," going to the beach, getting ready for Gracie Leigh, who is coming home tomorrow, and spending alone time with Max.
I've also been depressed about my daughter - Its a long story. The details are at http://www.4womentalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2111. The short version is that she has MS and I haven't seen her or my grandchildren for 1 and 1/2 years. The depression comes and goes - I wait it out and then get on with life. it's a lot better than it was 3 years ago, 2 years ago, last year, and so on. I have a lot to catch up on about you guys, but I wanted to post a hello and that little Gracie Leigh is coming home tomorrow. I'm really excited and somewhat anxious too. I've spent the summer sooo relaxed. I laid on a beach chair all day, went swimming, and then came home to rest from laying on a beach chair all day. Max spent a lot of time in Doggie Day Care or home relaxing with Mommy. Try doing that with a puppy! Everything is all set up so that Max has been able to get used to it, but he's in for quite a surprise when he discovers that a little female puppy is coming to live here tomorrow! He's such a good boy. I hope he's not too anxious. Gracie will be nervous too. I better stock up on lots of chocolate for Mommy. Cake too. I think chips and dip and soda will be really helpful too. Well, I'm all set. They'll get through their anxiety, I'm sure. I'm going to spend my last evening with Max as an only child. I'll be back as soon as things get settled a bit. I'm attaching some pix of Gracie's stuff and a couple of pictures of her from our visit 3 weeks ago. Max is in her ex-pen. As soon as I started taking pictures of it, he jumped in.

I sent her flowers. No card - I always send her gladiolas so she'll know they're from me. I though she should know I love her, especially on September 11th. I won't get a response, but you should never give up on love.
