I have to get the sleep issue beat if I am going to go to an office 40 hours a week. The supplements I take help. I am going to try to add in changing the times at which I eat to a more regular schedule. I think that might help.
My MD gave me a scrip for Ambien early in the year - talk about nightmares!! |

I read once about a technique to help you fall asleep. You are suppose to think of a beautiful, serene place. Then you're suppose to slowly count with each breath backwards starting at 100. It's suppose to occupy each side of your brain and let you relax and go to sleep. It works for me.

I'll have to give that a try. I have done both separately but not together. Thanks!
