Ok heres one but not white sauce. To rich.
Pkg of Angel Hair spagetti, bottle of zesty italian salad dressing, couple of dashes of poppy seeds, fresh broccoli, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh bell pepper or any fresh veggies that you like. Mix together and refridgerate for a couple of hours. Yummy 2tiredmom
