I don't "fry" mine anymore because of the oil, but I use the recipe on the Bisquick box and it's alot like fried but I think that it's lower fat. It's so easy because you just bake it in the oven and turn it over once while it's baking. I scrape off the crumbs and put in a skillet to make gravy out of. Very easy and less mess! BTW-Jaci says to tell everyone HI!!!
