Gas Prices VS Printer Ink Prices!
The price of Gas versus Printer Ink
All these examples do NOT imply that gasoline is cheap; it just illustrates how outrageous some other prices are.... You will be really shocked by the last one! (At least, I was...) This makes one think, and also puts things in perspective. Diet Snapple 16 oz $1.29 ;$10.32 per gallon Lipton Ice Tea 16 oz $1.19 $9.52 per gallon Gatorade 20 oz $1.59 $10.17 per gallon Ocean Spray 16 oz $1.25 $10.00 per gallon Brake Fluid 12 oz $3.15 $33.60 per gallon Vick's Nyquil 6 oz $8.35 $178.13 per gallon Pepto Bismol 4 oz $3.85 $123.20 per gallon White-Out 7 oz $1.39 $25.42 per gallon Scope 1.5 oz $0.99 $84.48 per gallon Evian water 9 oz $1..49 $21.19 per gallon! $21.19 for WATER… and the buyers don't even know the source! And this is the REAL KICKER... Ever wonder why printers are so cheap? So they have you hooked for the ink. Someone calculated the cost of the ink at............... (you won't believe it.... but it is true........) **Printer Ink ** ** $5,200 a gallon ** So, the next time you're at the pump, be glad your car doesn't run on water, Scope, or Whiteout, Peto Bismol, Nyquil or God forbid, Printer Ink! Just a little humor to help ease the pain of your next trip to the pump...

But, I use more gas than ink and gas was $3.399 at my Exxon station this morning - $66.25 to fill my Tahoe up for the week!

I am so glad I don't buy any of that other stuff. I do buy ink, but I buy the cheap kind...lol And the water, I buy Mountain Ice, not the expensive kind.
Sure was interesting to see all those prices.

Now I have an excuse on why my printer has been out of ink for the past 2 months
 As far as water goes, I'm happy with good ole Lake Michigan water from the tap, I've made it this long drinking it.

So I think I'm going to go out and buy a gallon if printer ink...okay, maybe not.

Well shucks, I had printer ink on my Wal-mart list. I guess that I'm gonna' have to mark that baby off!!! Also, I can mark off the gallon of Pepto-Bismol and......the Vick's Nyquil. Thanks for the update.......I wonder if my husband would mind using unleaded to gargle with? Hmmmm.......
