i put looks, only bc i want to lose a couple more pounds... other than that, i'm very comfy in my skin now a days...

For me it would have to be looks, because since all the operations I have put on some pounds and I would really like to be able to take them off again. Not only is it healthier, but I will feel better about myself too.
