Hmmm.... that's just no good! Sorry you had a bad experience at Wall-mart.
No cashiers are allowed to used cell phones while they are on duty, here at any stores. I do admit that the service is definatly not what it used to be, sometimes i feel like grabbing one and pulling her off her chair, if i get treated like crap!!
