Janet's right, I looked at over 100 houses in a 3 month period before I found this one. The only thing I didn't get that I wanted was a fireplace and with my breathing issues that would've been a mistake.
Just be patient Judy, I know it feels like you're never going to find the perfect place, but you will. Just take your time, it's a buyers market, and that special place is waiting for you.

I agree with Jesse. Don't rush. You've just started with this realtor so give him some time. I'm sure that something will come up that you just fall in love with. Also, people will be moving when school lets out so there should be more homes available soon.
