Don't get discouraged if it takes them a little while. We don't have too many emergencies here or problems, we handle them ourselfves pretty well, so I think they feel we're good on our own.
Hopefully it won't take them too long. ROFLMBO!!!! Judy...that was a good one...'weigh in'...LOLOLOL
