so...How was your day?

Oh no! I hope your wrist gets better soon!
My day wasn't that great. Actually I went out last night with some of my coworkers after dragon boats, and I convinced them to go to a bar where a couple of my friends were for a birthday. Killed two birds with one stone
But anyways I was pretty worn out and I wanted to leave after an hour or so but nobody wanted to go with me. Finally one of my friends, Kandace, decided she wanted to leave too. So at 2 am we started walking down the street and she called a cab because my cell was dead. They said it would be at LEAST half an hour, so we just kept walking. We crossed the river and my feet were killing me in my 4 and a half inch heels. We just decided to split there and walk the rest of the way home since she was going another direction. I drive home that way every day after work so I didn't think it was too far. Well it was WAY further than I thought! It took me an hour and a half total to get home and I got here and went straight to bed. My feet were aching this morning and they're covered in blisters.
So, the day started with aching feet and an aching sunburn, but I tried to make the most of it. I slathered on sunscreen and went outside to read, taking Layla with me. After about 20 minutes I noticed little jumping things all over my towel I was laying on... I think they were fleas!!! So I immediately took my stuff inside, put the towel straight into the wash, and looked Layla over but she looks all clear.
Now I'm just bored and kind of waiting to be able to go to bed
