I'm so glad your back is doing better. I'm not feeling very spunky right now though, sorry to say. If you haven't read my chaos theory post in Vent - do and you will see.
Thankfully, my hubby is feeling a little better and he will be OK, not OK in terms of not having heart failure, but OK in terms of feeling better after his medications are adjusted. Thanks so much for asking. It's just a really hard time right now for me with all the illness and injury happening in my family, friends and co-workers. I will be OK though, I've learned to take things one day at a time, do what I can, look for joy in the small things, and keep going! Thanks for asking!

I'm happy to hear that your back is feeling a little better - have you ever tried acupuncture? I swear by it when my back is acting up.

Hope things are better today. I know what you mean when it all dumps on you at once. Some years are worse than others. But there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Just hope it's not a train. lol Chin up I'm thinking about you and praying for you....
