How was your weekend?
It's a new week, so how was everybody's weekend?
Mine didn't go quite as planned. I went to Scott's Friday night but wasn't feeling well. We ordered Chinese food but I couldn't even eat. I ended up in his bathroom throwing up for most of the night How embarassing! He left early Saturday morning to visit his parents, and I went home to lay in bed with a fever. Yesterday I wasn't feeling great but I did keep some food down at lunch. I got out of the house to buy some groceries, and then I cooked a casserole for supper, and made mini cherry cheesecakes for Scott since our Valentine's day will be rushed and I won't have time. They turned out really good though, for my first time ever making cheesecake! I hope everyone else had a better weekend than me!

We had a nice weekend! Gary and I went to a yorkie meetup on Saturday. It was in the afternoon, about a 2 hour drive, so it took up most of the day. I posted pictures on the picture thread. Sat. evening I watched women's college basketball. There are lots of games on almost every evening.
Sunday, Gary and I went out to breakfast and then I attended our college women's basketball game in the afternoon. It was fun, we won easily. Sunday evening we went to our daughter's (and granddaughters) for a steak dinner. MMMMMM!

Our weekend was really nice with Rick's Eagle Scout ceremony. Everything went smoothly. Then on Monday...I woke up around 4 AM with the worst flu I've ever had. Hopfully it will be gone soon.

I hope you feel better, Janet.
Congrats on Ricky's Eagle Scout ceremony. I hope you post pix when you're feeling better.

My weekend wasn't that great either. I stayed home from church because I didn't feel very good. I thought that by Monday I'd feel better. Wrong......Monday I was really sick. It must have been the flu because I felt so bad. Today I'm some better.
Janet, I'm sorry to hear that you're sick too. I hope that you're about over it.
