It blooms almost year round, it has buds on it right now and there might be some blooms, I'm not sure. It will bloom all summer (the blooms do get smaller in the summer heat) and until the first frost. It is a cabbage rose, so the blooms are not the "classic" perfect rose blooms. But there are so many varieties of antique roses and they are MUCH hardier than the new hybrids - and disease resistant too.
THANKS Gayle - I wrote the name down and I'm off to Houston Plant & Garden shortly. I need to get some peat and stuff to build up the area where I'm planting the roses, but I can still get my bushes now. I'm excited!
