Thanks for the lovely birthday wishes. It was a good birthday.
Jess and the kids came over Sunday for Chinese food and birthday cake. Of course, I really enjoyed them. She left Steve home. He was asking how long they had to stay while they were still getting dressed! I forgave him when he called to wish me a HB and told me I looked 40, and was the hottest MIL ever. I'm a sucker for a compliment. I wasn't really upset anyway. Yesterday, I got my nails done. Then I went to the women's group dinner. It was a pot luck, and loads of fun. What a nice group. My birthday did come up, and that was nice. It has been a very good year so far! Here are some pix. The one of me and ther children blowing out the candle really makes me look awful! Still, it's a memory.

Love the pics, thanks for sharing. It sure does look like you all had a great time on your special day, and Steve is right, you are a hot MIL!!!!!!! He is lucky to have you in hes life, so glad to see your daughter, and grandkids spent time with you.
