Continuous hotflashes!

I had a hysterectomy at 42. I was taking a little more estrogen, but the doc cut it back a little at a time. You really need to go to the doctor and have your hormone levels checked. There is no need to suffer if you don't have to! If you are having hot flashes that bad, you probably can't sleep, can't concentrate, can't remember...all of those yucky symptoms!! Get some help girl!!!
