Usually they only get me up about 4:30-5:00AM to go potty - but last night one needed to go at 12:30. They both can hold it - I know they can - because when we go camping and it is cold at night, they don't get up!!! But I have a soft heart and I know if they are asking to go out, it's because they need to go and I wouldn't want to lay there needing to go and not be able. Also, we have a doggie door that they go in and out at will all day/evening since my hubby is home all the time, so they have never really had to or learned how to "hold it". LOL!

I hope you are sleeping better Gayle. I used to wake up 2 or 3 times every night, and every anxiety I had caught up with me. I was working two jobs, and was just too busy to deal with anything during the day, so I did it at night. My doctor put me on ambien, and that ended that problem. Of course, it was yet another menopause related thing.
I have my yorkies pee pad trained A blessing and a curse. I really do not like cleaning every day but I never have to worry about getting home to walk them, etc. I would get up to let mine out in the middle of the night too. How we spoil little babies!
