O Sacred Heart of Jesus, we know that there is but one thing impossible to Thee, to be without pity for those who are suffering or in distress. Look down, we beseech Thee, on us, and grant us the grace which we humbly, and earnestly implore Thee, through the Immaculate Heart of Thy sorrowful Mother to whom Thou did confide us as her children, and whose prayers are all powerful with Thee.
