Wow!! Has this site always done that administration? I've never heard of it before.
Adminstration is really good about getting back with fairly quick Elaine, so don't be afraid to contact them.

It's probably something new that went into effect since we did have some issues a while back. Actually, I'm glad someone is looking out for us.
