I noticed yesterday as well. Very cute Janet! I think the cut looks great on you too!

Janet! Wahoo! You look so pretty. I love the new haircut, and it brings out your big baby blues.

I'm so happy for you that your weight loss shows too. Not that you weren't beautiful before, but I know how hard it is to lose, and I'm glad it shows.

Love ya gorgeous,

Judy

Thank you, but sitting here typing...I feel so freak'n fat. I've gone so far off WW's it ridiculous. I need to get this under control again in a bad way. This is what I've had today. A big bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats w/Almonds cereal for breakfast. 3 of those 100 cal pak Hostess mini cupcake things, bowl of vanilla ice cream with choc. syrup and peanuts and for supper I had 2 small thin pieces of ham steak, mac and cheese, peas and two WW choc. cakes. What I did have was NOT a serving size either. I'm feeling like a beached whale at the moment.

I have got to do better tomorrow so I put yellow sticky notes all over the kitchen and my bathroom. Hope that helps.

You've been doing so well with your diet. I don't think that it hurts to go off for a while, but now it's time to get back on.

We can do this together. So far I've lost about 14 lbs. I started taking a vitamin B complex and I feel so much better! I feel like I have more energy.

Yay Diana!!! That is wonderful on the weightloss, I am so proud of you. It's not easy, is it?

Why a B complex? What does it do? I do take a Centrum Silver A to Z vitamin every day.

I know I need to get back on it and I really hope to start again this weekend.

The B complex vitamin is for metabolism support. Have you ever had a B-12 shot? You can get one from your doctor for about $8 or so and it really helps with your energy level. When I used to go to a diet center they would give you one and the first night I couldn't sleep because I felt too energetic. I haven't had one for years but I decided to try some vitamims and see if I could feel more energetic. Last month I took a B-12 vitamin and really couldn't tell too much so this month I tried something different. It's a Natural Super B-Complex vitamin (made by Spring Valley) that I got at Wal-mart for about $6-7. I can really tell a difference. I feel more like getting things done and am more awake. I bought a bottle with 250 pills and I take one every morning.

I also bought L-Carnitine 500 mg. from Wal-mart as well. It says that it "assists in the breakdown of fat to produce energy". I have a heart murmur and I found a site that recommended taking this and Magnesium, which I've taken for years. Magnesium helps with stress and lots of other stuff. Actually I take a Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc vitamin. The magnesium also helps with restless legs. Anyway I'm feeling so much better!!!

I should probably try something else then. I'm tired most of the time. I either don't have the energy or I just don't want to do something...hard to tell the difference some times. I always have these great plans in my head, but to actually get started ...well, I get tired just thinking about it.
