I do have to pay I got in touch with the last person, the one who didn't call me back, and it was vacation pay. I am going to send in the form to IRS disputing part of it, because I had to pay back the DOE for sick days. (I went over the allowed amount). You never can tell.

Either way, I will pay it out and forget about it. I'll figure that it's going to a family that is out of work, and it is helping them out with food, etc.

The woman who didn't call me back told me that they are not allowed to make calls out of NYC!!! That's why she didn't call me back. She said, "You know how it is to work for the City!" I do know, and we just laughed.
