Yes, im drinking lots, and lots of water. Its too hot to enjoy any food, so ive had fruit instead

Sounds yummy. Hot weather makes the best diet, right? lol. Makes you stick to water and fruit or at least light snacks.

So true, just want fresh things to eat, i cooked this evening, my husband asked why i fancied standing in a hot kitchen, he wanted to take me out for dinner on a terras awwww .... oh well, maybe next time

If you have a kong for him, make him peanutbutter/yogurt icecream, he will love you for it Stuff the kong with the mixture, and freeze it

Mandy I hope your son is feeling better. He has a loving mom who will take care of him. He should feel better in a day or two. Send some of the heat this way, here in the Northeast its freezinggggggggg, we are having a noreastern and it hasn't stop raining

Thanks girls, my son is feeling a lot better today and its so much cooler this am. The weather is changing so much, perhaps we skipped Spring?
