lol, in all seriousness pearl and dobie, if you are serious in watching what you eat, it is okay and even encouraged to indulge sometimes.
Key is managing your calories, portioning and knowing when to say when Besides, it's almost better when you get to build it up and look forward to stuff like that because it gets taken for granted when it is meant to be an occasional treat. |

Sorry guys! I have been swamped the last few days. I think I said Mon and Tues already, so here's Wed and today. I messed up a bit today =P
Wed: Breakfast: special k cereal with skim milk and a banana Lunch: progresso soup again, getting sick of those! LOL Snacks: 100 calorie popcorn and sugar free jello Dinner: healthy fajitas (whole wheat tortillas with chicken, mushrooms, onions, and various colors of bell peppers) Thurs: Breakfast: Oatmeal and low fat yogart Lunch: Soup *gag* Snacks: 100 calorie popcorn, pretzels and frozen grapes And here's where I messed up...we had pizza for dinner. I only had one slice, but afterward my husband went to the corner store and bought me a candy bar, lol. |

Ughhh... huge pan scrambler at noon when I went out for breakfast... diced potatoes, scrambled eggs, ham, peppers, and melted cheese, plus raisin toast. Then there was a bunch of rye and ginger ale out with the girls. Then half a bag of regular chips and half a bag of barbeque chips while watching SNL when I got home.......... now sleep and hopefully a whole bunch of sit-ups when I wake up in the morning
