My positive is I went to a friends house for a graduation party for their son. I was reluctant to go but I really had a good time. I haven't really wanted to go anywhere but I guess I need to make myself get out more.

My positive is that it's a beautiful day, and Kyle finally moved into his new house, and is having a backyard fire tonight with friends My parents are also coming into town tonight and I get to give my mom her late mother's day gift (a card, and two chicken soup books... one for mothers and daughters, and one for mothers and sons, from both my brother and I). Oh yeah and I finally put insurance on my Ninja today, but haven't been out riding yet. I'm really excited to start though! I washed all of last year's bugs off my white jacket this morning Oh yeah, AND it's a long weekend! Nothing to complain about there!
Well that was a lot of positives hehe

I met two new friends today (Michael and Leah). They are really awesome and enjoy a lot of the same activities that Brendon and I do. We went longboarding today and we're going to try to go kayaking next weekend. We're also going to go hiking at the camp that Bren and I used to work for. We found out tonight that Michael used to work for the same camp as well. He worked there the year after our last year, the same year that Bren and I go married there!

Also, I start work tomorrow. I'm super excited!

My positive is that if you look at Debbie's avatar, she has the "I Survived Breast Cancer" bow on it.

You did it Debbie, and I am so grateful and so inspired by you.

Thank you so much Judy. I start radiation in June but that is just precaution to prevent it from coming back. My positive is I went to a program called Look Good Feel Better. The kids have been trying to get me to go and I finally did and am glad. I got ton's of free makeup and lot's of tips. I had been a little depressed about looks and hadn't tried to fix up. I am going to the beach in a couple of weeks and this will help. Looks really mean nothing since I have been blessed with recovery but this does make me feel better.

Yesterday we got nearly all of Katie and Joshes stuff moved to their new place!
My mom, my oldest granddaughter, Greg, Joel, and I all helped.

This morning they're busy setting up the nursery, which they said they prefer to do by themselves, so we have some unexpected free time. None of us had imagined it would go this quick, so that was a pleasant surprise!

My positive...my hubby is home today! He leaves the house at 5:30 (when I am sleeping) and gets home at 10 at night (when I am sleeping) so I don't see him all week. Once in a while I'm still up or he gets home an hour early...but I usually only see him on the weekends! Areally positive thing would be to win the lottery so he doesn't have to work so many hours!

My positive today is that Brendon met my new boss and they really seemed to like each other. This job is going to be TONS of fun!

My positive for the day was so unexpected!
I was cleaning out my 'clutter room' to finally get it ready to make into a exercise room... found many things of course ----- the best thing I found was a check for $400.00 I had forgot about!! AND some cash in a birthday envelope from 3 years ago! The check was from last October. How in the heck did I forget about that??

I posted in another thread about my well. The appox. bill for that when completed is $400.00. I feel like I got a gift to pay for my well, with some more thrown in for good behavior!!

Plus by this time tomorrow my room will be all set up and cleaned of clutter!!

Been a good day.

Shada, I hope the check is still negotiable! Often after 90 days they aren't, so you might want to check it before you count on it.

Fingers crossed for you that it's still good!
