The only benefits I'm aware of are to the company that's able to sell it. LOL

We have our own well water, which is VERY good! Thank goodness, 'cause if I had treated city water I'd be buying bottled water too.

LMAO Tink!! True story!!

We too are on well water. It's wonderful. I buy bottled when we camp because we don't like the water at most the campgrounds we go to.

A house we used to rent also was on a well. However that water was horrible.

I don't like the city treated water at all. Ewwww

Cindy, If you feel good drinking mineral water and like it, then by all means go for it. It doesn't matter if it has any scientific benefits or not. You like it, and that's the benefit!

We have well water, it's pretty good, but I usually drink bottled water, it's handy and cold. Plus it's easier to meet my water goal for the day.
