What about Kohl's, Dillard's, and Bed Bath and Beyond? That's all I can think of for the moment.

Isn't January the White Sale month? Macy's has nice stuff and good sales.
I love decorating! Have fun. What colors/style, etc. do you want?

Another idea, if you sew, would be to make a duvet to cover an inexpensive comfortor. You could find a fabric that you really like and make pillow shams, a duvet, and coordinating throw pillows. You can buy the inserts for the throw pillows at Hobby Lobby.
I personally don't have time to do things like that, but am always full of ideas.

Most have named the stores that I like to shop, Kohls, Macys , Bed and Bath, Linen and things.. Try Sears sometimes they have nice comforter sets or if you have a Marshalls. Designer styles for less.. Good luck
