Baby Blanket...

Just finished this blanket for a friend. I thought it was too plain until I got to the border. I think it adds such a nice touch.

That is beautiful!!!!!! It's one that you could make ahead and add either a pink or blue border as needed. I'm sure your friend will feel very special to receive it!!

That is such a wonderful gift for your friend, you were so right about the border. You will have summon those skills again for me one day

Does you friend know what she is having yet, or does she want to be surprised like Brad and I do when it's our time? Is the baby already here? Details!

thank you! That's a great idea Marilyn....I hadn't thought of that. Make ahead and border later....you're a genius!

Count on it Becky....I'd love to make you and your baby a blanket. Don't tell Thelma though she wants a regular size blanket and I haven't found the time yet.

Oh...the baby! It's a boy...happy and healthy!

That will be such a nice gift. I have some blankets that were made for my kids when they were born and I kept them because they were such thoughtful gifts. I'm sure that she'll love it.
