Janet I'm still lighting that couple a day. I know I need to stop that! I hate the taste of them. I'm still not inhaling. I know I just need to replace that habit of holding them with something else. I have gained about 10 pounds but I don't care about that right now. I just want to get "out" of the habit of thinking that I have to have them with me all the time. I still think I'm doing pretty good but I need to lay them down all together.

They are about the same Diana. Thanks for asking. I still haven't completely quit but I still only light a couple a day. I sure wish I could break the habit of thinking that I have to have them with me all the time. I'm not giving up hope that soon I will quit completely. I'm still doing ALOT better than I was. I really appreciate the support from you guys! It means alot to me.

You could probably quit if you just didn't buy anymore. If you're only smoking a couple a day....then you really don't need them. Try on the little snack type things like Tic Tacs, suckers, tootsi rolls, carrot sticks, celery...you can stop.

I think Janet is right Paula. You might be just hanging on to the two because it's scary to give up anything we have counted on for so many years to comfort us.
